That’s a good principle.

Can’t stand people who will crap on you to cover their own arses, especially when you know they’re lying and you told them about whatever they’re complaining about but they were too lazy to do anything about it.

Not the easiest principle either. It's so easy if you're friends with the boss to just criticize a co-worker off the cuff in a way that just feels like work talk but you're actually starting politics. It gets to the point where you just don't even want to talk to your boss.
