#7:
Super Mario 64
Continuing on with my top 10 favorite games list, we get to number 7 which just so happens to be
Super Mario 64. Back then, these type of graphics were life changing. Out of all the games that I had for the N64, I think this is in the top 3 for games that got the most playtime from me. It had everything. An amazing overworld, fantastic level design (some of which were very difficult) and each time you went to the level, you were doing a different objective which sometimes made the environment different, making your experience with the level a little different each time. With a game as vast as it is, it's no surprise that there were 120 stars to collect throughout the entire game, and a few boss fights in between. Each level was different in it's own special way, and none of them felt boring and each level had it's own unique design that made all the levels different from one another, while still maintaining the same goal, collect the stars and move onto the next level. This is one of the first games I actually finished 100% and to this day. It's a game that definitely holds it's place throughout the years, and is still to this day one of the better Mario games to come out.
