I'm not a big fan of older music, except of course the grunge scene in the 90's. But 2000-2010 is the best decade in music bar none. 2010-2015 has been alright, nothing too special. Obviously that isn't a popular opinion but seriously the 00's were the shit.

I would say every decade has been pretty great for music.
