I close on my new home in 5 weeks. My daughter has been staying right across the street from where we'll be moving to at her friends place. They've been wanting to be neighbors since they were in grade school, so I saw the opportunity to make that happen and amazingly enough, it's going to be a reality. I'm still in shock from yesterday when my realtor texted me that we got it. My daughter is ecstatic.
