Remembering my friend who passed away on this day in 2015. He was one hell of a break dancer back when it was a thing. He was also one of the happiest guys I'd ever met.

Leon was a big Mummies fan.

I did not see your post before now, remembering your Friend Leon. That was a pleasure to see some of him. He looks a great happy one and sure your times together were very Rich. Can't take away such Memories, luckily.

Thank you Diane. We did a bit of a toast to him at a friends house last night and I spent most of the night consoling my other friend who just completely lost it. He and Leon lived down the street from each other for their entire lives and were very close. 6 years gone by and the pain hasn't subsided much.

Nice to see all the photos of Leon, Plank. So sorry for your loss. Very difficult to lose a friend who had such a positive spirit and left a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who loved him. My condolences.

Thank you. I really do miss those days of hanging out in his shed, playing music, and working on mini-bikes and go-carts. The day he passed, I went to his house after work like any other day to have a beer in the shed and no one was there. I knocked on the door of the house and no answer either, so I left. I found out hours later he had been gone for quite a while before I got there and was found on his bedroom floor by his daughter.

I made a tune in his honor, but I was so emotional and drained I just used a backing track. I've always thought he deserved better than just that but I haven't been able to bring myself to record anything.
