Some nylon Hackett today:

Steve Hackett - Bay Of Kings (Playlist):

I remember sitting on the top deck at the bow (front) of a houseboat while trolling through some appendages of Bass Lake with the family in the morning, as the mist was coming off the water. I had this playing on my headphones, and I was lost in the moment. Listening to this now, I feel like I'm there again. Truly one of the most memorable musical moments of my life.

Spreading a little more love for my brothers in RAWK:

Convoy Music, Lyrics, Songs, and Videos

One of the bands I used to be in usually opened for one of the bands Brian (Convoy singer) was in, and once in a while he'd stop in and say hello during our practice. One day, this happened:

SoundClick artist: Koncrete Pillo - page with MP3 music downloads

Beers raised high!

Since I haven't been playing a whole lot due to my sprained wrist (still letting it heal), I'm listening to some of my stuff today at work. Crankin it up loud and proud for everyone in the office. I wonder if any other independent artists do this kind of thing...?

Spoiler for Many much musics:

Perusing FB this morning, and came across a friend who posted a new tune. I figured what the heck, and clicked the play button. Wow! I was blown away. Really quality stuff, even if there's only two songs. "Scars" is the new one.

More home grown goodness (although this was recorded in a studio). This talented woman needs to get more exposure.

In honor of Veterans Day, here's some swamp rock by a good friend, and ex Marine and his band (which I'll be attending their concert on Saturday):
