Hey I didn't know you were in a movie, Dianne.

God knows how they drink all that...but you can see it is enjoyable. I speak with my Bank Clerk a lot because he speaksa gooda doh anglais and is young and knowledgeable of the world...about disk golf and he knew all about it,,well I have only just after myself are reading your antics. That is definitely exciting and saw your re-modeled disk holders...My husband does woodwork and has a load of photos saved so will show you a few... 3 actually...I know he is clever with wood so no flowers needed...

Most of his work was for Barbie Keel's near Battle East Sussex an Animal Sanctuary...She took in every creature...But unfortunately she was not nice to people at all, so she did loose a lot of valuable volunteers..my husband took notice of the way she acted, he was there to raise money for the Animals not to concern himself with anything else. Yes we are very careful and mix with nobody except medical and shopping..no friends are mixing here as yet and talk to some neighbours from a distance only. We all need to take heed.

Those look amazing! He definitely knows his way around a planer. lol Good stuff.

As for my expertise in the field, I just started doing a little bit of refurbishing of old furniture is all. Keeps me busy in between rounds of disc golf. I'm tackling a garbage bin for my next project.

How it started out. The bottom plank with the hinges kept falling off from shoddy materials/craftsmanship and also from not having any feet under it so it was sitting on the wood frame which includes the plank holding the hinges. Also, that green backer board is just tacked in place and I had to run a bead of caulk down each side to seal it up since there were some fairly large gaps.

Primed up the inside. The outside will be all white with some black accenting to match a piece thats already in place at my lady friends home.

The new feet are in place and the base plank is Gorilla Wood Glued in 3 separated places (top/mid/bot) and remounted. It'll be getting new black hinges and pull knob, then many coats of polyurethane after the white base coat. I'll post up a pic when it's all cured up.

Good to remake... he has made from an outside veggie bench into a table stand with shelf for our new Greenhouse we bought as a kit DIY and was suppose to be simple....SIMPLE... 6 months later it has been in many places & sited for evenness around the Garden, everytime we get as far as putting the PVC windows in the bloody thing will not let you...it has too be impossible so then gets packed up and back in the Workshop...where is has hardly got a mention for 2 months now...Like the British Carry on films actually...
so if the greenhouse ever gets erected then this would be general use for potting my plants or for growing seeds in pots..that kind of stuff..

this is an image of the greenhouse

planes haha...Husband has flown and made some models and has a whole Chalet self build as a kit form... put up for that hobby and has not messed with them hardly since moving to France...He has a speed boat that is remotely operated, but something has gone wrong with it, so last time we were 'playing' with it the damn boat got stuck in the middle of the lake and lucky practice team of ski boarders went out and retrieved it for us..was so so funny at the time but actually wish we could get it going again..if it's the servo motor would cost too much so might just have to buy another at sometime...got a couple of good clear lakes within 15 minutes....the one a few minutes away has fishermen there a lot so they would not want us with a speed boat.....Have a good day, hasta la vista

p.s. short version lol

Planes and boats are an expense for people with a lot of time and money. I like cheap and quick. lol Kidding... kinda. Thats gotta be frustrating to say the least though.

Here's some high speed action shots of the g-can progress:

Cool

I like seeing the progress of stuff and also I know when Hasbeen is doing a makeup or a makeover he keeps updating with a few people that are interested, it does spur him on..guess we are all like that, like a pat on the back when you do something yourself.
I can and do now look back and wish I had learnt a few other skills that come easy when your a nipper....Obviously my guitar playing is never going anywhere but I am now messing with my old organ I purchased in a charity shop one day in Hastings UK, bought it for my late Dad, in mind of him. It is from the 60's I guess an Elka and even have a book about it..says Elka's special features such as ELKAPLAY and AUTO BASS your stylings are easy and fun..haha they reckon anyway...The book says 1982 though sight and sound international inc. printed in the USA..have have a search on the web and read about it ....maybe an 80's organ then...got a photo somewhere stored...
.
well obviously that is not it....that is a strange part of the house here though..no idea what could have been in there ,except it had a floor half way up inside so maybe a store for animals feed...it has the original floor, old cobbles in small slabs, like the end adjoined barn has as well, which is the other door at the back that does not get used as the front has wider doorway....it is a unpleasant area inside the barn the ladder upstairs is dangerous as very straight more like a ladder than stairs and the upper floor to initially walk on is planks..haha that is fitting for you, a tad anyway....half the planks are missing and the level is real bad..wants some serious work done on it.

aiready aired this one on here in the instrument thread..ignore my cheapo guitar and just take in the Elka Organ....weeds to pull now...cheers
