You ever listened to Abbey Road? Probably the Beatles's best work. You should give it a shot.

Abbey Road is a fine album (fine great, not fine okay), but I prefer Revolver.

Ha ha. I win.

Really glad you enjoyed the marvin, on a daily basis that album competes for GOAT for me, pretty much matched only by the other two albums I mentioned earlier. It's a conceptually and musically rich album that I think everyone should give a try. One day I'll completely bypass a real life and write books just on that album. Hey btw, since you liked it, I've been listening to Hear, My Dear a lot and it's really great too, very slick, beautiful music combined with ugly emotional purging, very well constructed like this album.

Also, I think of "right on" as a kind of satirical lens on the extended party element the early seventies had, with the social climate getting tenser while people still held out the naïveté even marvin seemed to attain. It plays into the kind of dualist in nature I think the album shows.

Yeah I've heard great things about them especially that album, even though I heard a few songs of theirs the other day and wasn't blown away.
