SAP is a technology used over here to transmit a secondary audio track for TV in a different language, usually Spanish. At the beginning of shows where it's available, a little message will pop up at the bottom of the screen that says, "Transmitido en Español en SAP" so people know they can select the SAP option on their remote. The joke here is that they're saying in Spanish that this episode of Futurama is available with a Martian audio track.
