By the way, if you want some music to write to, I would highly recommend checking out Bohren and Der Club of Gore, specifically the album Black Earth. They also happen to be both instrumental and jazz, so that just helps you further explore. They have a very minimal and somewhat ambient sound so it's easy to read or write while their music is playing.
