Ok new idea, I'm going to use this to review albums that are good, but people cast them off without even listening to them for one reason or another.
For Starters: ![]() Fall Out Boy's Evening Out With Your Girlfriend Fall Out Boy Face it Fall Out Boy aren't that good, and It's fine if you don't like them because they're not good, but what pisses me off is when people cast this album because, well, it's by Fall Out Boy This album really shows what FOB was capable of. The lyrics are amazing, and Stump's voice is actually tolerable. I love the allusions to pop culture throughout the entire album, especially in Pretty In Punk, and Moving Pictures. Another constant in the album is the playing skills. The guitars are amazing, the drums aren't nearly as bad as they are in albums with Hurley playing them, and whether you like it or not, ete Wentz is an amazing bass player. Over great album 7.5/10 Best Tracks: Calm Before The Storm Growing Up If You Like Check Out: Take This To Your Grave-Fall Out Boy Baseball-Say Anything Track Review: 1."Honorable Mention" – 8/10 2."Calm Before the Storm" * - 10/10 3."Switchblades and Infidelity" – 8/10 4."Pretty in Punk" – 7/10 5."Growing Up" – 9/10 6."The World's Not Waiting (For Five Tired Boys in a Broken Down Van)" – 6/10 7."Short, Fast and Loud" – 5/10 8."Moving Pictures" – 7/10 9."Parker Lewis Can't Lose (But I'm Gonna Give It My Best Shot)" – 6/10 Last edited by FaSho; 11-09-2008 at 11:55 AM. |
