After listening to a bunch of Last Podcast on the Left aliens episodes I've come to the conclusion that everything else they do is a smokescreen for Marcus' desire to replace George Noory on Coast-to-Coast-AM and the other two members of Last Podcast on the Left are desperately trying to keep Marcus on some level of reality. I ****ing love it.

One of the better, newish podcasts I loved was Rabbit Hole about how the internet indoctrinates us to be extreme versions of ourselves by only showing us the extreme news we agree with.

I know. Kemper is blase but he still sounds like a creeper desperate for attention. Dahmer isn't so much blase as he is emotionless cause he's dead inside. Bundy wants to sound blase but he just sounds like a politician getting off on controlling the spotlight.

Keyes legit sounds like the most normal guy in the world no matter what he's talking about and he doesn't even sound like he's getting off on the attention except that he clearly must be or he wouldn't chuckle so much. You can't even detect the personality disorder like you obviously can with someone like Paul Bernardo who can't control his obsessive dissembling. He's quite possibly the most high functioning serial killer I've ever heard and he could be anywhere watching you waiting for the chance to strike and you don't even know what to fear cause it sounds like what gives him a boner is keeping as much of his modus operandi a secret as possible to the point that he uses accelerating his execution date as a carrot for giving confessions that just end up being a runaround anyway. I hear he's a necrophile but he's kept so much **** secret that we can't even know.

It's like Bundy at the beginning of the serial killer age never let us know just what might possibly be hiding under the eyes of everyone you might ever meet because that's what would make him fully erect on the electric chair.

But the most terrifying thing of all is that he presages a world where the lower functioning potential serial killers get caught early on cause policing has come so far or they just shoot up a school and put a bullet in their brain in an hour, but the highest functioning serial killers have learned all the lessons of Bundy and Gacy and read all the true crime psychology books and operate like evil ninjas we'll never even know exist.
