Dude, X-Men vs The Avengers would be the most legit movie ever.

And I'm down for like a 4-6 hour superhero movie. They keep paring this shit down to < 2.5 hours, yet they shoot enough footage to make 10 movies! Just have an intermission if necessary. I can hold my bladder.

Make each film a TV mini-series.

That's not their business model. Most TV superhero shows suck compared to the movies. Fans get married to actors playing certain roles. Plus, TV budgets are WAY less than movie budgets, and FCC censors suck.

They generally lowball the X-Men's power levels since they're on a team but Storm controls the ****ing weather, Jean Grey is like a top 5 telepath with crazy telekinesis, Rogue is basically Superman, Colossus is ****ing Colossus, Nightcrawler might not be able to go blow for blow with Thor but I doubt the Avengers would turn down a teleporting acrobat, and Cyclops, well...
