Default MB's Video Game Classics: Devil May Cry 3

I actually did play this one and I loved it. I wish I'd gotten more into the DMC series but it never really happened I guess.

Twitchy hack'n'slash combo combat for wombats is highly addictive, and the gothic atmosphere juxtaposed with the boisterous character of Dante is unique and thoroughly fun. Top tier. I only take a point off because I'm not good enough to really make the game shine as well as it should.

I've played all 4 original games in the series, but only completed DMC 2. The 3rd game seems best suited to people who are more into the other ones since it's harder. I liked Bayonetta better than any DMC. I didn't get more than half ways through that one, though. The DMC series just never clicked with me, but that strangely goes for Capcom games in general.

I don't even like Street Fighter all that much, and I'm a fighting game nut. Or at least I used to be.

I still need to finish Bayonetta. ****load of fun but it's been so long since I played a DMC game that I can't compare them. I really should get the collection of the first three games on 360. And 4. Haven't played 2 yet but I haven't disliked any of the others and finished them all.
