Fun way to spend a few minutes with a friend, but it doesn't have much to offer. It's good in that it accomplishes one very, very simple thing well enough, but not more than that. I have an old Atari 2600 but no copy of Pong and I'm fine with that.

I had to have played this as a mini game within another game, because I did not play the original. For its time I'm sure it would've been a lot of fun. Like Doom, it did a lot for gaming history, but I can't give Pong more than a 2 for actual gameplay.

Pong is good for what it is, but not really anything beyond that. There's countless other Atari games that are much more worth playing. H.E.R.O., Spider Fighter, Adventure, and Yars Revenge are some really good ones.

Hell yeah! H.E.R.O. is relatively sophisticated for an Atari game. Feels more like playing an 8-bit game.

Great to see another fan of that underrated game! H.E.R.O. is pretty easily my favorite Atari game, and I agree that it's an advanced one at that. It's one of the few Atari games I can think of that actually had levels instead of just making it harder and harder in endless arcade fashion.

Yes, exactly! Dark Chambers is another one that did that, but it's a very basic game. Fun in co-op though. I used to play it with my younger brother back in the early 90's.
