Default MB's Video Game Classics: Rayman Advance

I remember this one being the only Rayman game I actually ever completed. And yes, that includes 100% it to get to the final level in the game. Absolutely loved this game.

I've played the original on PS1 some, but only a few minutes of a few other Rayman games. The advance one looks like the original, but I don't know how close they are.

I wouldn't know as I haven't played the original I don't think? But this one is certainly good and definitely one of my favorite platformers on a handheld system.

I was never all that good at this game (or any game like it), but it was fun enough. The two PS1 platformers (since that's where I know Rayman from) that I liked the best were Skullmonkeys and Pandemonium.

Pandemonium

I remember both being balls hard, just like Rayman was. Probably even more so in the later stages, so of course I never saw the last stage of either.

I will say that the thing I remember loving about Rayman is the detached arms and legs. Makes for a lot more freedom and fun with certain abilities throughout the game. I'd play through that game again right now if I wanted to. I'll always love it.
