Default MB Video Game Classics: Star Wars KOTOR 1

Short for Knights of the Old Republic obviously. One of the best games I have ever played, and this goes for both this one and its sequel. Both games are fantastic and worthy of perfect scores.

I can't vote, because I only played this for one, single session and didn't get far. I just remember being so put off by the combat system that I never played it again. It must have been my first time playing an RPG with a real time system of that kind.

Haven't been a fan of BioWare games in the years after. They just rub me the wrong way - pretty much without fail.

Did play some mass effect 1 and 2, and completed number 3. Didn't even like it that much, but I was bored, I guess.

The games are really good at keeping you going until that ultimate payoff. AND on top of that, there are a lot of little payoffs throughout.

There are many reasons why this is one of my favorite games ever, but at the end of the day I just really like annoying Bastilla.

She's just really fun to annoy. But gotta say, pretty badass jedi to get on your team after the annoying first planet. I know there's a hack or mod that allows you to skip the first planet altogether.

Like the furry chick and Samuel L. Jackson as Obi-Wan Kenobi.

God damn I really need to just man up and play KOTOR again. I know I'd enjoy it immensely so I may put other games on hold just to play it. I wanna do a different run than I'm used to. Anyone have any interesting style runs they recommend? I've always done just a standard jedi / sith but I know alongside that you can have some really fun class combinations.

It's been forever so I don't remember how it all goes but try planting some mines on Carth and then Force push him at the enemy.

That is brilliant. I'm also open to be experimental. I really want to do a full on charisma / intellience / speech run. I think that'd be a lot of fun. Mix that with force persuade and all bets are off the table

Actually. That sounds amazing.

You can pull off some great dialogue with force persuade. I love it.
