Seems I remembered things wrong. I din't play Suikoden 5 for more than a few hours so it seems different in my mind than it probably really was.
I was thinking her sword was kinda huge, but it's a lance, I suppose. I looked at some more Suikoden 5 characters and they're generally pretty realistic, so I'm remembering wrong. They're only slightly more frilly and colorful designs as compared to the very plain characters of Suikoden II, but it's no where near how over the top JRPG character designs usually seem these days. |
