The real Bad Lieutenant. Not the sad Nicolas Cage remake (no diss to Cage). Damn people, leave the dark classics alone. You know if someone tries to redo Taxi Driver there’s gonna be a queue to take out the producer.

Yeah. I spent a couple of hours listening to various contemporary soul groups and vocalists yesterday.
I'd heard him singing several times before but I only just realized (after seeing one of his videos) that he's also an impressive multi-instrumentalist as well as a vocalist.

Can't find that anime thread right now but I'm about to watch Afro Samurai again. Still prefer this original series to the movie. Streaming it.

It's been a million years since I've seen it but Afro Samurai was pretty great.
