..Really annoyed by how difficult it is to find long, simple field recordings-- 1930s-50s ideally-- of machinery/factory sounds (on youtube) without any superfluous editing. (Do I need these things? No. Do I even know what I'd do with them? No, I just want them) Though I usually end up finding lots of great old industrial and harsh noise stuff instead which I am very much okay with.

This has always been a favorite of mine.
Found it at "Peaches" Records (off Fitzhugh)
back in the 70s.
(There's no single video of the whole album,
that I could find, but somebody made a playlist of it).
