YT - DVD converter ?

Hope this is the right forum, apologies if it isn't.
Having recently left the cyber stone age (dial up), I find myself able to watch YT videos and am looking for a free downloadable converter.
Any suggestions ?

This isn't the right forum considering this is for general music and you're talking about your emergence from 1999 with computers. Dial up? Really?

Assuming you already know how to download the videos and just want to convert them so that they can be seen on a TV, you can try either of these:

Free Video Converter, Any Video Converter Freeware: Convert any video to MP4/WMV/MP3 for mobile devices

FREE Video Converter by Freemake: MP4, MKV, MP3, AVI

If using the second one, my own personal choice, be very aware that there is potential spy/bloat/adware bundled with it, and uncheck all boxes when installing, before you proceed. It's a great little program, as long as you don't allow it to install anything else or redirect your home page.
