so i am obviously biased here. But here are my picks
I guessed on the short films going only by what title interested me the most the foreign language i also guessed but have really been wanting to see Toni Erdmann for some time now Spoiler for My thoughts:

i've seen it 22 times and am excited to see it again on Sunday.
while i admit that i am in a minority of people who have this reaction to this film...i'm far from the only one....i've yet to speak to anyone who has seen it who did not this it was good the opening scene alone creates such a cathartic response in me that i become an emotional wreck i don't love La La Land i'm in love with it |

I loved the opening number. It is like so in your face and let's you know what you are heading into it. I also love the fact that is had a more musical feel than relying on Emma or Gosling. So much going on with the colors and everything. My eyes are always all over the place looking at different things in that number that I didn't focus on the last time.
