Sparks saved my life. When I discovered them I was so far down the rabbit hole of depression I wasn't sure if I was going to survive. I have a whole story behind that, but I'll spare you. Singing along to their songs was therapeutic and fun as hell.
Maybe you'd be a fan of their more recent work? The falsetto is mostly absent.

Mmm...maybe. I'd say it stands out enough to be enjoyable. If you like Sparks you'll probably dig it.

FFS has been a marvelous thing to witness.
I bought the first LP on vinyl. It's red. The lyrics are brilliant, musicianship beyond perfect. I just love the lush marriage of Franz Ferdinand and Sparks. A match made in musical heaven.

First LP as in serial number 001? Because that's pretty ****ing awesome, regardless of what vinyl it is. If not, are you referring to the first pressing?
