It is the most soul crushingly sad film I've ever seen. I've had movies make me cry but that one sent me into an emotional breakdown.

you're talking about "dancer in the dark" and not "dogville", right?

cause i think i've seen dogville. but i don't remember much about it.

The post I made was after somebody, I believe bob, said to start with Dancer in the Dark. I said to start with Dogville and explained why Dancer in the Dark killed wasn't a good start. It was confusing.
