Is anyone elses streaming slightly lagging/stuttering since the change?

Every time a new track plays on iTunes I get a pop up and noise in the bottom right of my screen. How do I stop this?

I am going to kick my cat in a minute !

Hit the first icon within the "PC settings" option, then notifications.
