he was totally getting mad at me. i think it was a good reality check tbh tho cause i thought i was lot better than i actually am. need a lot more practice before i'm in the position i want to be. ideally i'd like to get to a point where we can queue in ranked together, but i doubt that'll be any time soon.

yeah, you're right. i think we could do well as 3 but when those guys came in they tried to call the shots and while it was fun it often led to us getting butt****ed in bad team fights.

yeah dwv knows his ****, esp considering he was away from the game and just nicely came back. i think i learn a lot more from watching what you guys do during team fights and laning than i do through explanations anyway. it's one thing to say "oh do this" (like dude telling me to dive under tower twice on riven and me getting ****ed up both times) but it's a lot more convincing when it's the sort of stuff i constantly see you guys doing.

i came back for two more games before bed last night and i ****ed dudes up with gnar and it makes me sad because i know im approaching that brick wall elo where i just can't do that kinda stuff to total noobies anymore. either way like you guys told me the e into mega gnar into ult towards tower is the ultimate troll move and really gets that caps locks warriors going.

I can go over some things with you guys later. Pretty much impossible to make any calls or anything with Elphs friends around. Im not gonna try and talk over someone all game and the few calls i did make were completely ignored soo yeah. If you didnt notice i was often doing my own thing away from you feeders most games. :D

Couple generic criticisms:
-terrible warding (this is so important); also being aware of enemy ward placement. For example one game i asked multiple times where bot lane wards were so i could come lane gank when they were over extending but i never got an answer.
-macro overall was awful with dragons and tower rotations
-tunnel vision engages (its okay to get 1 kill and back out. Over committing threw multiple winning games)
-on a similar note hard engaging with improper team comps (we pretty much a poke/kite team comp every game and we consistently ran face first into them)

warding was for sure an issue. it's kinda weird to me that nobody was using their wards considering i'm a total noob and i still always make sure to ward bushes/key spots whenever theyre available. as far as team comp goes, i'm willing to try a top lane tank if you guys have any recs for one. we were definitely running to squishy with gnar, teemo, adc, lulu and whoever else comp. i think you guys have your champs that you can carry and because i'm not at that level it would make sense for me to be the one who changes champs accordingly i'm guessing.

and trading was easily our biggest issue, we would lose 3 just to kill 1 multiple times until the point that someone on their team was just so fed that it took all 5 of us to get them.

also im not playing jg in a party with 4 ranked players far above me. it does no good for anyone as my map awareness isn't good enough yet and i'm not a level where i can handle counter jg and baiting at buffs. i want to be there, but it's aways a way. i'm far more comfortable taking top on my own.

Did Gnar get tanking nerfs? He used to be amazing.

he’s fine in mega gnar form but he’s so squishy as mini gnar until final build.

my control of mega gnar isn't nearly good enough, defo need to work on it. i'm really enjoying jax jungle at the moment though honestly. obv today i was kinda going with random picks but i think he and gnar are the two i should focus on for the moment.

elph was just lucky enough to witness the q-man's highlight reel gnar plays. i think elph bullying me about my inability to tank fights in mega gnar form inspired me to try some **** out and luckily it worked pretty well. any doubt i had in whether i should keep playing gnar is goneeee.

the new event skins are hella disappointing, the **** is this riot?? it doesn't help that i don't use any of the relevant champs aside from Kat.

obv i kinda missed the hype since he's been banned and all that but going back and watching some of his vids he's definitely a pretty funny dude. i tend to watch guys like Voyboy, SOR, and Shiphtur though because they play a lot of top and i need all the help i can get. it's not even about entertainment value, it's about learning how to not be **** value.

lost first one won second one. i'm pretty much playing just okay. like even score, holding lane, etc. up to this point it's basically which team has the better carry.

i went lose, win, lose which i'm actually ok with in placements but yeah it's definitely not good to keep playing any game when you're on tilt and i could feel it coming.

i think it depends. sometimes i come up against silvers when we play together and i can win lane, other times i go like 0/6 and get stuck not even being able to farm under tower.
