Pi is great, and I would say Requiem is as well - though like The Fountain, somewhat flawed. Requiem is saved by Ellen Burstyn, innovative and original editing, and a flawless soundtrack.
The rest of his films leave me somewhat cold. I know The Wrestler and especially Black Swan have their fans, but I just really didn't warm to them.
Even Lynch's bad films have something about them that keeps me revisiting them. Wild At Heart is by all accounts, pretty dire. Still seen it loads of times, and it keeps me entertained. But again, totally biased.
