Wow fans have bias that's some amazing insight there professor Batlord we eagerly await your next breakthrough
He was actually playing the card of well if you wanna talk about trans people being bullied into suicide i got one for you... But of course in this case we shant take it serious cause it's just a transphobe playing the trans friend card right.... |
Obvious insight is obvious, yes. And?
|
And... The 2nd half of my post bud. First bit was just poking fun
|
Two things can be true at the same time. A transphobe can have a trans friend and your trans friend can be cyberbullied to suicide while you use their death to divert attention from your own travelogue.
Edit: I'm leaving that autocorrect in. |
And even more things can also be true
Like the fact that despite claiming to care about trans lives, people will bully a trans person relentlessly till they kill themself if they say something that is interpreted as going against the cause And you will sit here and act like his (assumed) motivations for bringing up said dead trans girl are somehow more important than her death and what lead up to it.. hmmmm i wonder why that is ;) |
Chapelle making jokes about his dead trans friend is pretty wack.

I had a professor say once that people don't protest good art. This was in the context of Angels in America, but I think 90% of the reason he's taking so much heat is that this special sucked.
He called them "Alphabet people" in the last special and everyone called him the GOAT. He says "Twitter isn't a real place" in this special but I don't get the impression he believes it. |
