Also, after revisiting Bill Hicks, I've decided that he took Carlin's spot on social commentary without bringing any of the funny. Are we supposed to be laughing at his mullet the whole time? That gets boring.

**** yes. I've been watching his specials for the past three days and they're epic. Except for the conspiracy bull**** Doug Stanhope is the man I see myself as in ten years: bitter, misanthropic, jaded, done with society in general, and perpetually drunk. Yeah, but more than now.

I totally identify with his bit about how it's bull**** that people who hate their jobs in their 20s all of a sudden care about them when they're in their 30s with a position of moderate authority. I know so many of these people working at ****ty fast food jobs. I'm like, our jobs are almost as irrelevant as the lives we are currently leading, and yet just because you're using it to support yourself and your family all of a sudden it's important? **** off, dumbass. Your paycheck is important, not the bull**** you've dedicated your life to.

Louis C.K just had his first ever live performance in Finland a couple of weeks ago and I missed it. I hate my life.

Watched an hour long show last night on Netflix. "Remembering Robin Williams". Not the greatest retrospective but still damn good and I gained some nice insights into the guy. Worth a watch.

I've seen it. It's certainly a tear jerking one if I ever saw one.

Watched Louis C.K. - Live at the Beacon Theater a few days ago. At first I wasn't too in to him, but he grew on me for sure. Also been re-watching all of Frankie Boyle's live shows. Probably my favorite comedian of all time. Downright ****ing offensive as ****, and his delivery is perfect. Watched Jim Jefferies. Meh. That's about all I've seen. Anybody got any recs for some funny ass comedians.

The new Jim Jeffries was a lot better than any of his other specials that I watched.

That's why I like him, cause he is a nerd. A short fat depressed hipster nerd. Bill burr and Louie are funny but they're kinda your-average-Joe kinda comedian. That's mostly like what i am like so their point of view to me is not really that surprising but more nerdy hipstery comedians like David cross or Patton do bits that are more geeky and intellectual that appeal to the wannabe nerd in me.

A great geeky comedian that is mostly known for being a writer is Dana Gould. That guy's stand up was family guy before family guy was even a thing.

Have you seen this? He's perfect in the role.

No I haven't seen Young adult. I mainly follow his stand up not his acting. I might check it out later if I'm in the mood but some ppl said he was great in Big fan and that movie bored me.

If Young adult is a slow paced dark comedy like Big fan I doubt I'll be into it.
