Bandcamp is good EPOCH, there's also Reverbnation, Soundcloud, and Soundclick of which I'm on all of those.

As for DL sites, I've used MP3Rocket for years, which grabs audio from mostly youtube video's. I use it to check out artists, and if I like said artist, I'll buy their stuff.
