Totally agree. It's even worse living in San Diego because asshulls are always referencing it. At least it's better than Talladega Nights.

"Stranger Than Fiction" is one of those movies whose makers seem to think that the movie being all meta and self-referential excuses becoming lame and corny towards the end. Same as with "Seven Psychopaths".

Not sure how unpopular this opinion will be, but I thought the first couple of seasons of The Vampire Diaries were actually not bad. The books do blow, though. Liked the first 2-3 seasons of the most recent installment of Beverly Hills 90210, too.

Regarding Harry Potter, that series unfortunately fell victim to the PC Lawgivers who were in major league charge at the time very, very quickly.
Originally written as a fantasy series intended for teens and pre-teens, it became a rallying point for political correctos, weirdos, misfits and a wide variety of 'alternative' types.
Some of the most popular topics on HP forums include 'Why are there so few (insert favorite ethnic minority) at Hogwarts?' or 'Is Hogwarts GLBT-friendly?' and 'Are you as much of a Nerd as I am?'.
The 'butterbeer' they serve at WB Orlando contains neither alcohol (US lawyery) nor butter (modern allergies).
Too bad, because the books are actually pretty decent for 'Young Reader's' type stuff, and the movies are quite spectacular fantasy adventures, even if the do get a little hectic by about number 4.

2 1/2 Men was quite funny for several seasons, I think they should have quit right after the series of episodes with Jenny McCarthy and Robert Wagner, nothing good came after that.
What's really amusing, though, is the fact that there are quite a few so-called 'pick-up artists' who take this stuff as gospel and try to emulate 'Charlie Harper', trying very hard to ignore the fact that it's just a very unrealistic, scripted TV sitcom......

Here's another unpopular opinion: Downton Abbey is really, really boring.

Anchorman is a great film.

Edit: In fairness, I haven't watched it in about four years so maybe I wouldn't like it as much now.

I still think it's pretty hilarious.
