I'm on 52% now. I'm sure I've clocked the game? Don't spoil it for me but all I can seem to do is little side missions. There's no storyline, I've been switching between all three and that seems to be it?

If you haven't seen the end credits then you didn't beat it yet.

I'm at 38% and I played some online for a bit and I'm up to rank 3.

It's possible you 'paused' story mode on your mobile phone - check the settings. Also, several parts of the story involve stealing particular vehicles before being able to progress so check the mission briefing.

also keep switching characters and checking the main map because you may need a specific character to continue the main missions.
