They do get dev kits, I know. But, let's take Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty and Battlefield as examples. Games of that ilk require so many resources to produce these days that developers simply cannot afford to build those game from the ground up for different systems, consequently they were designed for the Xbox 360/PS3, and simply ported over to the One and PS4.

Is Nintendo Switch being considered Next Gen or are they still trying to catch up with PS4 and Xbox One?

no idea but i wish they would knock it off with these stupid gigantic controllers. i really want a nintendo console but i can't be bothered because even though the games look awesome, the designs just never seem convenient.

Nintendo Switch actually looks like it's going to do terribly. If the ad is any look into what it'll entail, it's going to be another Wii U mistake.

They used to own PS4s but then sold them for Xboxes lol.

Have you seen the switch's controllers though? They are pretty small. Also it's funny how you are against gigantic controllers yet you own a XboxOne. Xboxes have had gigantic controllers forever. Part of the reason I'd never get one personally.

As someone who has played both, Xbox controllers > PS controllers

Ps4 isn't bad but the ps3 controllers are among the most poorly designed ever. The thumbsticks are ridiculous.

which features? there's no touch pad. my only issue with my PS4 controllers is that the rubber split on the thumbsticks within the first couple of weeks. happened to others that I know as well.
