It really is. They announced the date seemingly eons ago, but now that it's five days away, it feels even longer than when it was announced. When it was announced, it was all, "Oh, May then. That's forever away. That sucks."

Now it's, "FIVE DAYS?! How am I expected to wait five whole days for this?! My whole world may implode!

But, all the same..."It's the fiii-nal countdown!"

And I predict Netflix is going to crash like a mother****er, and I'm going to be weeping and saying, "Nooo! I don't have another day off until Wednesday!"

This is easily the most anticipated Netflix release of all time, and the internet hubbub about it will pit the viewership with top network shows. They had better have extra servers at the ready for this release. They've had months to prep. They'd better have anticipated this traffic.

Given their ridiculously big marketing campaign, teasers, recaps etc in preparation for the new episodes, I can only think (and hope) that they are indeed anticipating a high viewership and so are prepared.

STP, I can't even fathom a world in which I wouldn't get to spend my entire Sunday watching the new season of AD, and going into work on Monday groggy quoting it borderline obnoxiously as my excuse for not giving a **** about collecting money from people.

We really get screwed over media wise in Aus. We have to wait forever for movie releases, our downloads cost more and heaps of stuff never even makes it over here. Thankfully they saw the light and we only wait 2 days for Game of Thrones but that's the exception. Hopefully it will be a successful experiment that will become the norm.

I can't wait either, I've gone through the whole series thrice since the new season has been announced. Did/is anybody go to the Never Nude Conventions that AD is hosting?
