I don't know if you guys can see his pin close enough, but it's a Mermaid, which is the sigil of House Manderly....so clearly this is Wendel Manderly, at the Red Wedding.

Wendel was definitely killed at the Twins, he might not be as fat as he is supposed to but his inclusion means that the Manderlies have an important role to play in future books, D n D know how shi t is going to go down.
