I think it's time for me to reread A Storm of Swords because I've honestly forgotten who Orell is.

to be honest Pete you'll have to go back to A Clash of Kings.....i'm not quite sure who this Orell is....the one in the book is the man that Jon kills and lives on in an eagle.....i'm thinking maybe they are going to combine Orell and Sixskins....see as Sixskins takes over the eagle

They seem to have a habit of changing actors during seasons, I mean they did it with Gregor Clegane, they completely dropped the Greatjon from season 2, and now they're introducing a new actor to play Beric Dondarrion.
