Spoiler for Spoilerzz:
I had a feeling Andrea was going to go because of all the dialogue that she was having with Milton. There is a formula that Walking Dead uses and she fit right into the mold. I also had to re-watch it to see what happened to the Governor. One minute he was there and then he was gone and the show ended. I like how Rick brought back all those people to show his son that they should continue to show some signs of caring for humanity and not just those inside of their tight knit group.
Spoiler for spoilers for the season finale of The Walking Dead:
I enjoyed that I was proven wrong and that the show has moved away from being predictable by clinging onto the tropes of the zombie subgenre. I expected a huge firefight that would result in the deaths of Beth, Carol, and maybe Hershel, with the Governor and Rick pulverizing each other into hamburger meat. I think a lot of people were expecting that too, but you knew it was not going to play out like that when you saw Martinez blowing up the guard towers with that grenade launcher.

I really do feel bad for Carl though, he finally sheds what remains of his humanity only to have everyone else in the group regain theirs. I can definitely see Rick's absence during the direct aftermath of Laurie's death playing a larger factor in the degradation of Carl's humanity next season.

I do think there's going to be some kind of schism next season though, with the group splitting up with Glenn leading one group and Rick leading another. Not necessarily in the same power struggle kind of way that Rick and Shane had, but there are definitely going to be conflicting opinions as the group gets use to having all these new people from Woodbury around.

Season 3 is now finally on normal UK television (well behind the USA as normal) Really liked the first episode and as usual Rick made the usual **** up, this time trying to clear the prison too quickly and what the hell were they thinking of exploring parts of the prison with torches in place of proper lighting, a real recipe for disaster. It took three seasons for the prison to arrive in the series, from reading the comics it arrives much earlier and I'll be interested to see if the convicts they meet are as good as the ones in the comic.

Looking forward to episode two and this must be the only tv series I know, where people drip sweat from beginning to end

If you haven't finished watching Season 3. I don't advise watching this trailer.

Here in the UK they aired episode 3 of season 3 last week and episode 4 is on tomorrow (so I won't be watching that trailer) This season is certainly fast moving compared to the previous season, with the prison and the inmates. The town of Woodbury and the Governor, also I knew Merle would come back at some time but didn't expect him to turn up when he did. I can't believe they crammed this all into three episodes given the pace the series normally moves at.

Has anybody played the games, as they get really great reviews?

Man episode 4 was sooooooooo good after the gates got opened and the zombies invaded the prison. I just thought it was going to be another hairy situation and hell I was shocked that T-Dog died and then even more shocked when Lori died!!!

Finished watching the last two episodes of season 3 here and now hell we have first Merle dead and now Andrea! The whole finale seemed kind of rushed though.

First episode of season 4 was tonight. I'm streaming it via couchtuner.eu, STOKED!!!!

Gonna go on a first-world problem tangent here but if you're broke and can't afford cable, couchtuner.eu is THE ****. It's also chauk full of viruses so ya, make sure your norton or whatever is on if you decide to check it out.

Update:

First episode started off kinda slow but with a lot of foreshadowing, an eerie twist and a related cliffhanger!
