the new Bond movie

i'd thought they'd just let it go after the fiasco that was the last incomprehensibly titled-one

and the next installments of the Saw and Final Destination franchises, if any

at least Hostel had the decency to stop at 2 with some classy spaghetti horror references

I think we've just found a new low for Hollywood's franchise reboot craze.

Much as I hate to admit it, I actually thought Transformers was ok. Loud, brash, seizure-inducing and Shia Lebeouf-starring, sure, but all a bit of harmless schlocky fun as far as I see it.

That said, I do hope I live a long fruitful life without ever suffering through a film any worse than Revenge Of the Fallen. I've kinda sworn off the Transformers franchise since that (not that I was ever really a fan in the first place).

Quantum Of Solace blew chunks, but I absolutely loved Casino Royale, to the point that I'm kinda hopeful that another Daniel Craig Bond movie will get it right again this time. It could well be blind optimism, but I'm still looking forward to finding out.

The Thing prequel. Not exactly a remake of a remake but it it still has me quaking in my boots. Don't know if I can watch anything near to one of my favourite films of all time.

This is about as convincing as RockGuitar101's attempt to photoshop himself in front of a large stadium:

Is there any comic book movies coming out this year? Unless they're Sin City 2(which will never come out), they're on my avoid list.

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God
