Talking of Kevin Smith, Jersey Girl was actually a fairly decent movie. Not brilliant at all, but certainly nowhere near as dire as I'd been led to believe.
Also, Hudson Hawk's a fucking great movie (for all the wrong reasons). Highlander: Endgame's actually pretty good too. True, whoever plays Kell in that will go straight to acting hell when he finally kicks it, but overall it's no less a dumb or flawed a movie than, say, Highander 1 (which, of course, I also quite like). |

Whaaat?
Granted, the plot was ridiculously convoluted, but you can't seriously hold that opinion in the face of Inception's slew of good acting and special effects Inception to me was entertaining, but hardly the amaaaazzziinnng film that everyone made it out to be |

It just felt as if the plot had nothing for it. When the movie was over, it left me without any lasting effects

I thought Inception was well done, not as good as any other Christopher Nolan films like Following, but still I thought it was good. Definitely did not deserve that Oscar for best picture nomination, but these days, with the ten slots for best picture, pretty much everything that isn't Norbit or Superbaby Geniuses 2 gets a spot on the list.

Inception was ****ing awesome the first time I saw it in theaters but now that I've rewatched it I'm not such a fan. Way too long and I couldn't really connect with any of the characters. However saying it's one of the worst movies you've ever seen is pretty damn ridiculous.

Dirty Dancing is atrocious and I watched it with an open mind and disregarded the typical inbuilt male response to chick flicks.
It was still a crock.
