Jeopardy is the only game show I watch, usually while eating dinner. I did use to quite like that show on Comedy Central, Beat the Geeks, even if the host's over-the-top antics got irritating after awhile.

Crystal Maze was my sh*t back in the olden days.

Jeopardy, Dog Eat Dog, Ninja Warrior, and Legends of the Hidden Temple

Pyramid, Greed/Super Greed, Catch 21, Card Sharks, Match Game, and Hollywood Squares are all top tier.

There are a couple of British ones I like, Pointless and Catchphrase

Jeopardy is fun because it is the perfect balance of trivial knowledge and being edumacated on a topic.
