Something teachers often don't realize (I feel) is that kids are newbs at life and emotionally underdeveloped. You can take a bully aside and explain to him moral theory and why his bullying is wrong, but he or she won't get it. They might get it at the age of 20-something, but then the damage is already done. What these bully-kids do understand, though, is a fist to the face from someone standing up to themselves. The act of fighting back is much more than simple violence, it's telling the bully and yourself that you're not just a victim.
Normally I'm against violence and I'm always against violence towards kids from adults. But kids don't always understand any other language (I don't think a bully even understands why he/she bullies) and so I hope that if my own future kids ever meet bullies, they will stand up for themselves, physically if they have to. And getting disciplined in school is really not that big a deal

Seriously, you guys can't tell me that you wouldn't love to be suspended from school and have some free time at home when you were younger.

i do but the previous post is just so discouraging. i might as well transfer this feeling to El_Duce, the guy's capable of letting another guys suck his. i'm sorry but my idiom vocabulary is honestly limited. i don't understand this post. see? isn't it nice if schools promote flirting for their students, especially same seX? this is one way to avoid bullying, right? |

by the way, i just saw the interview of those two kids in the video, i can say the bully (small idiot kid) is really a twirp. he was asked if he will never bully anyone again, he replied "no....ah yes..", it just made him look worse. the fat kid on the other hand is really educated and you can sense by the way he constructs his sentences that he is a bright kid. a very kind, bright kid. |
