I voted "Blow Up" 'cause it's the only one I haven't seen. Kind of excited to check it out.

Damn. I'm kind of impatient with movies, so I'm iffy now.

Eh, don't be. Premise is very interesting. Plus, I'll have it uploaded fairly quickly since the file should be less than megauploads free download limit when zipped.

Might I suggest that the movies are recommended by genre each time instead of a random bunch of films?

Some people may not like a certain film (despite it's merits) due to the content.

Having a genre per week (for example) means that everyone can suggest a film even if they are not huge cinephiles?

Hmmm... Well, I can understand maybe barring films like 'Sado' albeit I personally would watch it if it was part of the repertoire.

Right now, I have two suggested nominations. The film this week is 'Blow Up' which I believe is a noir, correct? We could make a rule that says not to nominate the film of the last genre.

IE. Blow Up is a noir, so you can't suggest Chinatown, Casablanca, etc. If the Haunting wins next week, you can't suggest The Shinning, or Silence Of the Lambs.

Right now, though, I like the elective choices. Could understand though if we go free reign we could get some offended people.

The point is to get into movies maybe you've never thought about before though.
That's the point with Music Club at least. Idk.

I don't know, I think we have a fairly non mainstream list. I mean, apart from Carrie, and maybe Brazil, I haven't heard of a single one of them.
