Default Is it wrong that Im a guy and yet really loved Whip It?

I mean I got a real buzz from seeing the Ellen Page charcter (Bliss) go from slightly awkward "not enjoying my life at all" teen to badass roller derby babe.

I mean I guess this movies target market is dissaffected indie/emo/goth teen/early 20s girls and yet I loved every minute of it.

Please tell me Im not alone

yes it is wrong and you should be ashamed...you need to lash yourself 30 times on your back with a whip

But seriously, nothing wrong with liking any film for any reason ever.

Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.

I also enjoyed Whip it, but I love Ellen Page, maybe you're weird for different reason.

Yea, she seems like a likable person. I thought she was pretty funny in Juno.
