I'm into Drama and I couldn't stand it. It couldn't have been more boring and stuffy. The Queen was so much better in terms of royal historical movies.

Inglorious Basterds was historically inaccurate did you not like that? Quote:
I may attempt to give it a chance but as of right now. I'm still passing on it. |

read my "tea and scones" thingie - I generally don't like British dramas, Local Hero notwithstanding |
I'll go for Toy Story 3 as it's the only one I've seen out of that list. :o:
But it was quite good anyway, sorta sad aswell. |

It's not a dig either. There is so much quality British drama made on a small scale (just as many other countries too) that doesn't get financial backing/promotion. The films are out there. It's just a case of coming across them. This pretty much applies to most film making countries. Just dig a little deeper and don't judge a nations films on what the mainstream portrays. |
I changed my mind. I don't have any less of an opinion "The King's Speech" (all you criticizing it are what is known in certain circles as "wrong").
Never the less, "The Tillman Story" still beats it hands down for film of the year 2010. Everyone needs to see it. Can a moderator please add The Tillman Story as an option in the poll please? |
This was a tough pick for me. It was a tossup amongst The Fighter, Inception and True Grit. I'm a sucker for a western though, so I went with True Grit.

Kickass and Inception are a virtual tie from last years movies. Inception was a very intelligent movie with a great script. Kickass was very entertaining, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
