rateyourvideogames?
I was wondering, since there's rateyourmusic (which also does film) and goodreads, is there a similar rating site for videogames? If not, someone with experience in making/running websites should start one up. They'd make bank! I'd do it myself if I knew how.
If there is, a link would be awesome. |

*Steals RVCA's idea, makes RYVG.com*
I'm a useless gamer, I used to be really good when I had a PS2. I've lost all interest in it, I only like a couple of games these days. I could do with a RYVG site. |

Video games are only 5 star when you are good at them though!
You have to be active in video games whereas many other forms of media you are passive so I would presume it's the reason why such a site doesn't exist.

Eh, I don't think that factors into it. You can objectively judge the quality of a videogame on many different facets, just as you do with other forms of less "active" media, regardless of your level of skill at the game. However, if a game is unnecessarily difficult, it will be recognized for that aspect. (See: Ninja Gaiden)
