Certain aspects are for sure but it is a story based within the Roman era so you can see inaccuracies but the story of William Wallace is fact based so it's easier to see what those inaccuracies are.

Gladiator can take liberties with it's fact but Braveheart shouldn't really but it does. Mel doesn't like the English much does he?

Well he apparently doesn't like Jews or women either so you're not alone.

Besides I fell in love with Catherine McCormack in the film :D

Gladiator is a solid film full of some genuinely great moments- the ending is sublime and the battle scenes are directed with gusto but there is just something about Russell Crowe I don't like. Besides the much derided Kingdom Of Heaven from Ridley Scott was far better for me.

Gladiator 3
Braveheart 4

Same but not nearly as much as Mel Gibson.

He does like a drink and souped up apocalyptic cars though. Not that that's good either.

I must say neither movie left any lasting impression on me. But I remember being more entertained while watching Braveheart, so, I guess, it gets my vote.

Braveheart 5
Gladiator 3

EDIT: If anybody else wanna vote, do it now, cause I'm posting a new battle soon.

Seven - 1

Silence of the Lambs all the way for me. Anthony Hopkins and Ted Levine were superb, and Jodie Foster also did a pretty good job with it. Se7en is a good movie, and I really enjoyed the premise, but I will still take Silence of the Lambs on this one.

Silence of the Lambs - 1
Seven - 1

Silence of the Lambs 2
Seven 1

Close one, but SOTL is a classic. Classic story, classic bad guy, great ending.
I suppose Seven has them things, but SOTL more so.

Never really liked Silence of the Lambs to be honest so Seven wins by a mile for me.

Silence of the Lambs 2
Seven 2
