You've not seen The Dark Night? That'd be my default answer for 2008, but I really liked Slumdog Millionaire, I think it was because I wasn't expecting to like it. But yeah, either one of those are a definite favourite. You should check out In Bruges, a really easy film to watch. Quite light hearted, really funny.

How can you get bored of watching films? :( they're a bit of an obsession at the moment, though I do go through cycles of watching absolutely loads to watching very few.

yeah, i used to be a MAD film buff and then for a short period i just stopped watching films, i have no idea why. 2008 was around the time that i felt like that i think, which explains why i haven't seen the dark knight or benjamin button.
