A video package opens highlighting past ECW stars and how they pay tribute to hardcore tonight. The video ends, "This is Hardcore Justice...and this is our last stand."
We go live to the Impact Zone and Taz is first introduced. Taz wants to be the first person to welcome us to Hardcore Justice. He said he has been backstage since 11:00 a.m. today and promises tonight will get extreme. Taz said the work ethic will bleed out tonight - more ways than one. A loud "EC DUB" chant starts up. He then brings up the haters who said ECW was nothing but guts and violence. Taz said they were the true renegades of the wrestling business "and that is a shoot." He said he has a direct message for the haters who don't get it and never will get it. Taz adds they can "kiss his ass." He said his name is Taz and he is the human suplex machine, beat me if you can, the fans finish, "survive if I let you." Stephen DeAngelis introduces referee John Finnegan. Simon and Swinger dance a bit and white guy high five. Smothers takes the mic and said Michael Jackson just rolled over in his grave. The FBI take center stage in the middle of the ring and dance a bit. Big Sal E. takes part as well. We then get some brawling as everyone rolls to the outside except for Kash. Out next are Kahoneys (Balls Mahoney) and Axl Rotten. They mention they aren't booked tonight and are issuing an open challenge to anyone in the back. Out walk The Dudley's (Team 3D) with Joel Gertner. Gertner takes the mic. "It is I, the bacon in her eggs, the man for whom she begs and the face between her legs. The lyrical miracle, the sexual intellectual and the quintessential stud muffin, JOEL, Lady Gaga advocates celebacy, what an absolutle disgrace, if she won't let me stuff her muff, then I'll just poke her face...GERTNER." Gertner also introduces The Dud...he stops himself and introduces them as Team 3D. Brother Ray takes the mic and calls in Kahoneys and Rotten. He said you are looking at four of the most hardcore men who have ever stepped foot in a wrestling ring. Ray said the last thing these people want to see is a "wrestling match" so we will give them what they paid to see (paid in Orlando?) and wants a South Philadelphia Street Fight.
#5 - South Philadelphia Street Fight: Team 3D vs. Kahoneys & Axl Rotten Rotten and Devon go at it in the ring as Ray and Kahoneys brawl on the outside. Ray takes out Kahoneys in the ring from the second rope with a shoulder block. Taz is laughing on commentary having to refer to Balls Mahoney as Kahoneys. Ray grabs a head from the crowd and asks Kahoneys if he wants some head and smacks it over his head. All four men start brawling into the crowd in the Impact Zone. We get another "EC Dub" chant. I wonder if the legal team is cringing. The action is all over the place in the crowd. They are using a two-screen shot trying to keep track of the action. Back in the ring, Kahoneys hits a few right hands on Ray and finishes with a trash can lid shot to the head. Ray does the Flair flop. Ray grabs a frying pan and hits Kahoneys over the head with it. Ray grabs a cookie sheet, but Rotten comes in and lights him up with a few shots and a cookie sheet to the head. Kahoneys has a Star Wars light saber toy. Devon tosses another to Ray. The crowd chants, "USE THE FORCE!" Kahoneys and Ray exchange light saber shots. Kahoneys with a kick to the gut and "stabs" Ray with the light saber. Kahoneys winds up, but Ray low blows him with the light saber. Ray goes old school dancing around and drops Kahoneys with a big elbow. Devon with a reverse neckbreaker on Rotten. Kahoneys with a sitdown powerbomb on Devon. The crowd wants tables and fire. All four men have steel chairs and exchange shots. 3D fire back with chair shots of their own on Rotten and Kahoneys. Ray holds back the legs of Kahoneys and Devon connects from up top with a headbutt. You know what comes next. Devon gets the table. Gertner then jumps up on the ring apron and hands lighter fluid to Ray. Ray tosses the fluid on the table. Devon lights it. Kahoneys takes the powerbomb through the flaming table. Devon pins Kahoneys for the win. Winners: Team 3D After the match, Brother Ray takes the mic and says Team 3D is the best tag team in the world. The Gangstas (New Jack & Mustafa) are now walking out. They hit the ring and attack both Ray and Devon. We get the usual New Jack weapons used such as crutches, trash cans and a guitar (which New Jack cracks over the head of Joel Gertner). All three tag teams then embrace and celebrate in what Tenay called a tribute to hardcore tag team wrestling. Backstage, Raven talks about his history with Tommy Dreamer saying he surpassed him in his wrestling career. Yet another "I REMEMBER" segment. Jesse Neal and Kazarian reflect on ECW. Brother Ray, Rob Van Dam, Jerry Lynn, Simon Diamond, Rhino, The Sandman, Stevie Richards and Tommy Dreamer all pay tribute to Joey Styles. #6 - Tommy Dreamer vs. Raven, Special guest referee: Mick Foley Before the match, Mick Foley said this match was anything goes. Raven gave Dreamer a low blow shot before the bell rang and they brawled to the outside as we got the official bell ring. Raven with a russian leg sweep on Dreamer into the steel ring barricade. Dreamer grabs a soda, takes a drink and spits it in the face of Raven. Back in the ring, Dreamer grabs a steel chair, sets it up, picks up Raven, attempts a suplex, Raven counters and then drop toe holds Dreamer face first into the chair. Taz mentions Paul Heyman on commentary wondering what he must be thinking tonight watching the show. Dreamer is busted open as he rolls to the outside and is right in front of his girls at ringside along with his wife Beaulah. They are doing a "Beyond the Mat" documentary reference here with Foley's kids in the front row at Royal Rumble 1999. Dixie Carter gets help to take Dreamer's girls to the back. Back in the ring, Raven chokes a bloody Dreamer with his boot. Dreamer then counters another drop toe hold attempt with one of us own on Raven right into the steel chair. Dreamer rolls out and grabs a sign from a fan that says, "Tommy, use this sign." Dreamer comes back in with it and cracks it over the head of Raven. Raven is busted open over his eye now as Dreamer reveals a "dead end" sign was what the fan gave him. Dreamer gives Raven a suplex over the dead end sign. Dreamer grabs a ladder from under the ring and sets it up in the corner. Dreamer slides Raven under the ladder and catapults him face first into the ladder. Dreamer props Raven up on the top turnbuckle, but when Dreamer tries to climb up over the ladder, Raven pushes him away and Dreamer crotches himself in the ladder. Dreamer with a dropkick to the face with Raven in the tree of woe. Dreamer then grabs barbed wire, wraps it around the face of Raven and locks him in the crossface. Blood is pouring down Raven's face. Raven is close to tapping out when Nova and the fake Blue Meanie hit the ring to break it up. They attack Foley and Dreamer. Dreamer fights back taking both Nova and the fake Meanie out. Raven hits Dreamer with an Evenflow DDT, but Dreamer kicks out. Raven's lackey hits the ring and hits a top rope leg drop on Dreamer. Foley grabs the barbed wire and gives Raven's lackey the mandiable claw using the barbed wire. Blood is gushing out of the mouth of Raven's lackey. Foley chases him away and returns to the ring. Raven handcuffs the arms of Dreamer and starts beating him over the back with a steel chair. Beaulah runs down and tries to talk Raven out of continuing the beat down. Raven hugs her and then hits Dreamer with a steel chair to the head. Raven teases he is going to hit Beaulah and Foley gets involved. Raven low blows Foley. Dreamer, still handcuffed, kicks Raven and hits a DDT. Dreamer rolls on top of Raven for the pin and Raven gets a shoulder up. Raven grabs the chair again, hits Dreamer some more hitting his injured knee and then hits the Evenflow DDT again over the chair. Raven covers Dreamer and gets the win. Winner: Raven

After the match, we see highlights of the fight leading to the finish. Back live, a bloody Tommy Dreamer heads to the back along with his wife Beaulah.
Backstage, Jeremy Borash and SoCal Val plug exclusive videos on TNAwrestling.com from tonight. The Gangstas walk up. Mustafa walks off with Val, while New Jack tells Borash he is now his bitch. A video package airs reflecting on Paul Heyman with various former ECW stars. #7 - Non-title match: TNA World Champion Rob Van Dam vs. Sabu Sabu looks a little different as he is sporting a shaved head. The bell rings and Sabu goes in for a quick takedown that is countered by RVD. RVD counters another takedown attempt by Sabu. RVD and Sabu exchange takedowns and then get in a stare down. Bill Alfonso tosses a steel chair in. Sabu is the first to get it and tosses it at the face of RVD. Sabu sets it up and hits a big dive in the corner. RVD rolls out and Sabu catches him with a baseball slide. RVD goes flying over the steel guard railing. Sabu positions the chair near the ropes, hits the ropes, jumps off the chair, springboards off the top rope and dives taking out RVD in the crowd. Back in the ring, RVD monkey flips Sabu back first onto the steel chair. RVD then launches the chair at the face of Sabu. Sabu fires back with a clothesline that drops RVD. Both men get the same idea attempting a springboard flying elbow and both connect in mid-air at the same time. Alfonso gets in the ring and tosses both guys a water bottle. Water break time I guess. We then resume with both RVD and Sabu grabbing tables at the same time. Both catch each other doing the same and meet on the side of the ring locking up. RVD breaks that up, jumps up on the ring apron and kicks Sabu in the face. RVD drapes Sabu over the guard railing, RVD goes up on the ring apron, does the R-V-D pose, jumps and drops a leg over the back of Sabu's neck/back. RVD throws a chair over the chest of Sabu and hits a slingshot leg drop. RVD goes up top and Sabu launches a chair at his head. Sabu with a snap huricanrana on RVD on the top turnbuckle. When RVD hits the mat he lands on top of a steel chair. Sabu hits his classic Arabian Facebuster using a steel chair. Sabu then locks on a camel clutch as the fans chant at him, "YOU'VE STILL GOT IT!" RVD crotches Sabu over the top rope, hits a right hand, grabs a steel chair, hands it to Alfonso, Alfonso holds up the chair and RVD hits a kick to the face using the chair springboarding off the top turnbuckle. RVD with a split leg moonsault on Sabu for another close two count. RVD brings in a table and Sabu launches a steel chair at his back and then head. RVD fires back with a kick to the face. RVD puts a chair over Sabu's chest and connects with Rolling Thunder. RVD with a kick to Sabu's face using a steel chair. Sabu with a huge twisting tornado DDT on RVD over a chair. Sabu is up top with a steel chair and attempts to jump over RVD, but goes crashing through the table instead. RVD is up top and connects with the Five Star Frog Splash. RVD covers Sabu for the win. Winner: Rob Van Dam After the match, Rob Van Dam celebrates his win over Sabu in the ring. RVD goes to celebrate with Sabu. Sabu shrugs him off at first, but then both embrace in a hug. We then see highlights of the match leading to the finish. Back live, the rest of the ECW crew walks down the ramp and joins RVD and Sabu in the ring. Everyone is carrying a beer and enjoying the end of the night. Dixie Carter joins in with a beer at ringside as well. The crowd starts a loud, "F*CK YOU VINCE!" chant. Brother Ray grabs Dixie and puts her in the ring to celebrate with the crew. Tommy Dreamer gives one last thank you on the mic as the show goes off the air. A promo for Bound For Glory on October 10 airs.

In the past, I've been inconsistent with results and I think that's kept me from accumulating a following, so I'm trying to change that from now on. I'll also try to start conversations about current events in TNA and the business as a whole, 'cause the pro-wrestling business really is an interesting one.
Here's the preview of the upcoming "free-per-view", The Whole F'n Show: The special “TNA Thursday Night iMPACT!” features a lineup of matches originally slated for the “Hard Justice” pay-per-view event on August 8. The card was moved to Spike TV after TNA President Dixie Carter and “The Extreme Original” Tommy Dreamer announced a one-night-only “HardCORE Justice” pay-per-view event to celebrate the superstars who created hardcore wrestling. “The change to ‘HardCORE Justice’ provided TNA with the opportunity to take the original August pay-per-view card and move it to Spike TV. This will allow TNA fans a pay-per-view type experience on “TNA iMPACT!”. If you’ve never seen a TNA pay-per-view event before, this is your chance to see what you’ve been missing,” TNA President Dixie Carter said. The special August 12 edition of “TNA iMPACT” will be two hours of nonstop wrestling, featuring only matches originally slated for pay-per-view. Pop culture icon and TNA Wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan will oversee the special “iMPACT!,” which includes two world title matches as well as a possible fifth and final installment of a best-of-five-match series between the top tag-teams in wrestling, Beer Money and Motor City Machine Guns. Matches showcased on August 12 include: “THE WHOLE F’N SHOW” ROB VAN DAM vs. ABYSS (TNA WORLD TITLE MATCH) OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST KURT ANGLE vs. “THE PHENOMENAL” AJ STYLES ANGELINA LOVE vs. MADISON RAYNE (TNA KNOCKOUTS TITLE MATCH) “THE CHARISMATIC ENGIMA” JEFF HARDY’S OPEN CHALLENGE “THE POPE” D’ANGELO DINERO vs. “THE BLUEPRINT” MATT MORGAN vs. MR. ANDERSON BEER MONEY vs. MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS (TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES MATCH From tnawrestling.com Sounds good.

Vince Russo: One-Hit Wonder
I can't stand what Russo (head writer) is doing to TNA as of late. He's running what should be an amazing company into the ground; constantly misusing talent, ignoring the wrestlers that should be carrying the show, and booking bad storylines (or good ones that end too abruptly).
This is the same man who brought WWE/F back in the 90's when they had one foot in the grave. Maybe it's the lack of Vince McMahon that's hurting him; when he was writing for WWF he always had Vince looking over his shoulder, trashing or tweaking his bad ideas, and making good ideas great. The title of this rant is Vince Russo: One-Hit Wonder and that's just what Russo is, a one-hit wonder. Maybe a two-hit wonder if you count his WCW days, which I don't because imo he ran that company into the ground, just like he's doing to TNA. I love this company and I love the wrestling business, but I hate what Russo is doing to it. Maybe the blame can't be completely placed on Russo's shoulders, but most of it undoubtably can. Also, Hogan: GET THE **** OUT, but that's something for another day. What do you think?

Abyss goes outside to get a bag under the ring, and it's full of thumbtacks and glass, and he spreads them in the corner and props RVD on the top turnbuckle. Abyss goes up for a superplex but RVD fights him off and hits a sunset flip powerbomb with Abyss slamming hard into the glass and tacks! RVD runs at him, but Abyss hits a big boot and goes back outside and this time brings a board covered in barbed wire. He props it in the corner and tries whipping RVD into it, but RVD sidesteps it and shoves Abyss into the board. He gets stuck in the barbed wire, and RVD hits a spin kick into it, and follows it with Rolling Thunder onto the board. RVD tries climbing the ladder, but Abyss is able to tip the ladder, and RVD falls outside and smashes his neck and face off of another ladder propped in between the apron and guardrail. Abyss starts climbing the ladder in the ring as Bischoff checks on RVD, and he pulls Janice down from above the ring. Abyss swings at RVD, but he ducks it and Abyss gets the weapon stuck in the turnbuckle. RVD gets a chair and hits Abyss with it, then hits the Van Daminator, and places the barbed wire board on Abyss in the corner. RVD grabs the chair and goes to the tope turnbuckle in the opposite corner, and goes coast to coast and hits the Van Daminator! RVD finishes Abyss off by hitting the Five Star Frog Splash and makes the cover to end this match. Winner and still TNA Heavyweight Champion - Rob Van Dam

TNA iMPACT! RESULTS 8/19 No intro tonight as we cut right into footage shot earlier of Jeff Hardy fighting with Abyss in the backstage area. Hardy pounds on Abyss for a bit and slams him into various objects before Abyss recovers and throws Hardy on a table. He brings Hardy into the area and they fight around the crew setting up for the show. Hardy hits Abyss in the ribs with a mop but Abyss kicks him and throws him into the guardrail. Hardy throws a chair at Abyss and they start making their way backstage again then Abyss chokes Hardy with an extension chord. Hardy takes the fight into a hallway where fans are waiting to get into the Impact Zone until security runs in and restrains Hardy. When we cut back live, Eric Bischoff makes his way out to the ring and he says he has never seen anything like what happened last week. He will hold Ric Flair responsible, and they will not stand for it, and he apologizes to Dixie Carter. Bischoff next addresses Abyss, and says he has no idea what is coming for him, courtesy of Hogan and Bischoff. Bischoff gets to RVD's condition and he says RVD has 117 stitches and may have spinal and head trauma. He says if and when RVD can return everyone will welcome him back with open arms and he will always have a home in TNA. Bischoff says the show must go on, and he made a decision with Dixie and Hogan, and they will vacate the TNA World Heavyweight Title. There will be a tournament between the Top 8 contenders, and the finals will be at Bound For Glory. #1 - World Title Tournament Match: Rob Terry vs Jeff Hardy Hardy attacks Terry before the bell, but Terry is able to drop Hardy with a front slam then chokes him in the corner. Hardy tries climbing the turnbuckle but Terry slams him off of it then drives his shoulder into Hardy's ribs in the corner. Hardy dodges Terry then kicks him in the corner and goes for a pin, but gets two. Hardy goes up top and hits the Whisper In The Wind then goes back up top but Terry cuts him off with a forearm shot. Terry hits a spin kick then goes for a powerslam but Hardy slides out and hits the Twist of Fate, and follows it with a Swanton Bomb to pick up the win. Winner - Jeff Hardy Hogan is on his phone with someone and talks about quitting the company because of what Abyss did to RVD. He says RVD was the face of the company and he doesn't like the idea of a tournament. Hogan actually compares taking RVD out to taking out the president and says he'll sit outside and think about it, then tells the person on the phone he loves them and hangs up. #2 - World Title Tournament Match: Jay Lethal vs Mr. Anderson Anderson and Lethal counter each other numerous times then they stand off before Lethal hits a back handspring kick for a two count. Lethal punches him in the corner then runs into a rolling fireman's carry slam, but kicks out at two. Anderson punches him on the ropes and hits a running elbow, then puts Lethal in a front face lock. Lethal runs the ropes and gets punched in the jaw, then ducks Anderson and hits a back handspring elbow. Lethal goes up top and attempts a missile dropkick but Anderson sidesteps him and hits the Mic Drop to advance in the tournament. After the match he pulls Lethal up and shakes his hand in a show of respect. Winner - Mr. Anderson Christy is in the back with Angelina Love and informs her Madison Rayne is invoking her rematch clause. Angelina says she knows Madison will try to whine and trick her way into getting back the title, and will probably bring her bodyguard, but the only way Angelina will give it up is if Madison rips it from her cold, dead hands. #3 - TNA Knockouts Championship: Madison Rayne vs Angelina Love (c) Before the match, Angelina says she has her own back up for Madison's bodyguard, and introduces Velvet Sky. Madison is pissed off and tells the bodyguard to go attack her. Angelina cuts her off and kicks the bodyguard in the stomach and whips her into the apron while Madison slams Velvet's head into the ring steps. Madison throws Angelina into the ring and starts pulling her hair as the referee finally rings the bell. Madison puts Angelina's head in a leg vice and slams her head down on the mat, then goes for a neckbreaker but Angelina counters with a jawbreaker. She hits a front slam on Madison then runs the ropes, but gets tripped by the bodyguard. Velvet attacks the bodyguard and screams at Madison, who turns right around into the Botox Injection by Angelina. Angelina gets the pin then she and Velvet raise each other arms in the ring. Madison and the bodyguard attack them from behind as Madison screams that the Knockouts Title is hers. Winner (and still champion) - Angelina Love Ric Flair and Fortune comes out to the ring and asks if someone used the word power. He says all of them are power, and they are adding Doug Williams at Matt Morgan, and people need to love it because they aren't going anywhere. He says EV2 are a circus act and they make him sick and don't belong there. He says until they can crash in an airplane and walk out, they shouldn't talk to him and can kiss his ass. AJ says they asked for a hardcore finale, and that is exactly what they got. AJ says he is TNA, and this is the house that AJ Styles built. Dixie comes out and interrupts him, and says she owns this house. She says if it is her house, then it is their house, and brings out EV2. She says she won't let Flair slide on this one, and she gave EV2 contracts as of today. Dreamer says if Dixie didn't tell them to stay back they would hit the ring and kick their asses. They scream at each other before Foley interrupts and says he remembers a drunk phone call from Flair where Flair wasn't a god, and he asked Foley for help. Foley told him to come to TNA, and now he regrets ever taking that call, and wishes he left Flair out. Foley says he works for Dixie, but Flair screams that he works for himself and Fourtune will kick ass and take names while Foley goes home. Dreamer gets back on the mic and says they will deal with Abyss eventually, and they will do it the way they know how. He says this is definitely the house AJ built and they had nothing but respect... until last week. Dreamer informs AJ they will meet in the ring, and he will definitely make it extreme! #4 - Douglas Williams vs Kurt Angle Angle pushes Williams into the corner then backs off at the insistance of the referee. They lock back up and Angle puts him in a side headlock, but Williams gets out, headbutts him, and throws him on the floor. Williams gets Angle back in and bodyslams him, then hits three kneedrops and takes him down with a gutwrench suplex. Angle fights back with a hip toss and backbody drop, and stops Williams with a belly to belly suplex. Williams hits a running knee then tries to go up top, and is successful in hitting a jumping European uppercut. Angle fights back and hits three German suplexes, and takes the straps down and sets up for the Angle Slam. Williams floats over and tries to hit the Chaos Thoery but Angle rolls through it, and catches Williams in the ankle lock. Williams taps out and Angle moves on to the semifinals of the tournament. Winner - Kurt Angle Sting makes his way out to the Impact Zone with Kevin Nash and Nash says they have had disagreements, but there is no one he respects more than Sting. Nash says he has been called a cancer and a lot of other things, but he isn't out here just for the money, he is out there because he loves what he does. he won't let anyone tell him his time is done, and if someone wants his spot they should try to come take it. He says they aren't the cancer, because it is backstage, and Sting told him he is wasting his time, but Nash says he knows the truth. Jeff Jarrett comes out and says he will tell the truth and he says Nash is full of it, and it has always been about Nash. He says Nash doesn't care about anyone and that will never change, and he says they could talk about who Sting really is, but he has a locker room full of guys who are sick of their crap. Jarrett says they and the company are better off since Hogan came aboard, and in honor of them he is going to grab a chair and beat Sting and Nash with it. Hogan comes out and says Jarrett won't do it by himself, and he will go end it with Jarrett himself. He tells Sting to drop the bat, and Sting throws it up the ramp, and they head to the ring to face off. When they finally get in the lights go off and when they come back on Fourtune is in the ring beating up all four of the other guys in the ring. Hogan and Jarrett are knocked out and Fourtune beats up Sting and Nash before they pose in the ring to boos from the crowd. #5 - Matt Morgan vs "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero Pope punches Morgan and taunts him for being quicker, then kicks Morgan in the corner and hits the Outer Limitz Elbow. Morgan chokes Pope then hits a big clothesline and chokes Pope with his boot in the corner. Morgan hits the rapid elbows, and follows it with a big splash and a side slam. Pope kicks Morgan in the ribs and tries hitting a sunset flip off the top rope, but Morgan holds him and hits a chokebomb, then slaps Pope and tells him not to mess with him. Morgan uses the ropes to choke Pope then drives him into the ring apron, and sets up for the big boot on the ring post. Pope ducks and Morgan kicks the post, then Pope hits him with the DDE and rolls him back inside to make the cover. Morgan tries grabbing the ropes but Pope pulls his hand away and gets the win. Winner - "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero

#5 - AJ Styles vs Tommy Dreamer
AJ talks a little smack before he kicks Dreamer in the leg, and tries again but gets punched in the jaw. AJ goes flying over the top rope to the floor and Dreamer hits a somersault dive off the apron onto AJ. Dreamer throws him into the guardrail and bodyslams him on the floor before rolling him back in the ring. Dreamer hits a running slam for a near fall then chops AJ in the corner and hits a fallaway pumphandle slam for another near fall. AJ fights back and hits a jumping kick then hits Dreamer with right hands on the mat, and Dreamer is busted open. AJ jumps and drops a knee right on the open cut, then hits a dropkick and puts Dreamer in a rear chinlock. Dreamer tries to come back with a backdrop suplex but AJ comes right back with the Pele kick. AJ goes to the apron and goes for the springboard but Dreamer catches him with an atomic drop and hits a DDT, but struggles to make the pin. Fourtune makes their way out to the ramp but EV2.0 cut them off from the side of the stage and they begin to brawl. While this has the ref's attention, Abyss gets in the ring behind him and hits a Black Hole Slam on Dreamer. AJ makes the pin as Abyss leaves through the crowd and the ref counts to three as everyone continues to brawl on the ramp. Winner - AJ Styles
