Obviously...
Marcello Mastroianni As aptly put by our friend adidasss Quote:
I just can't stop smiling whenever I stare at this guy. I think that can be a good enough reason.

1) James McAvoy - Adore him.
2) Kate Winslet - I first saw her in Heavenly Creatures for a film study and while the movie was rather creepy, her acting was impeccable. Then Titanic with Leo, of course. 3) Heath Ledger - guilty pleasure being 10 Things I Hate About You, but the Dark Knight showed his talent. 4) Audrey Hepburn - classic and mesmerizing. 5) Ewan McGregor - havent seen many movies of his that I didnt like. Therefore, hes on my list. |

Denzel, hands down. He just plays the badass role so well. Such an intense actor and so many great movies. Training Day, Man On Fire, American gangster, John Q, Remember the Titans, etc... The list goes on. Denzel is the best.

Bette Davis is my absolute favorite, and I've always dedicated my acting performances to her in the programs for plays I've done.
Why? Well, here are a few good reasons: First, one of her more acclaimed roles. Margo Channing in All About Eve. (As a bonus, young Marilyn Monroe is in this scene.) Next, one of my favorites, as Regina Hubbard in the film adaptation of Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes. Some of the best face acting I've ever seen. The scene gives me chills. And some brilliance from her in the 1960s, in What Ever Happened To Baby Jane? She's delightfully evil. And finally, the scene I saw in a documentary about Bette Davis when I was 5 or so, and it made me want to be an actor. I can't watch that acting performance without being overcome with tears - if I'd never seen it, I don't know if I'd be as serious about acting as I am. |
