That's actually kind of strange though isn't it? Is there a reason for it not being on PS3?

All consoles have their own exclusive titles to entice people to purchase them. Almost all of them are series', but some are just the odd title here and there. Exclusive titles are slowly becoming a thing of the past (except for Nintendo which pretty much makes all their income off their exclusive series'), but you'll find the odd one here and there.
